Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive innovation in AI-powered applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize genAI-powered solutions for prioritized PTGenAI use cases, integrating modern frameworks and ensuring scalable, cloud-ready deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize genAI-powered solutions, including backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and related frameworks.
• Integrate and extend AI workflows leveraging LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation while applying best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.
• Document and maintain system knowledge, including architecture, workflows, and implementation details, to support knowledge sharing and team alignment.
• Support cloud-based integration and deployment (preferably AWS) and communicate effectively with both stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python, including libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Matplotlib.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of proven experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for GenAI applications.
• Strong background in backend development with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
• Advanced skills in version control (Git) and task management tools (JIRA or similar).
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on delivering end-user value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Open to working in APAC/EMEA time zones.
