Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Tableau & Snowflake Support Specialist/Developer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys building robust solutions while also providing hands-on support to stakeholders. You’ll combine your technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver impactful dashboards, ensure seamless operations, and empower teams across the business with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for support tickets, troubleshooting Tableau dashboards, Snowflake SQL queries, and diagnosing data-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage user access requests for Tableau and Snowflake while maintaining security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring usability and scalability.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Snowflake SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and performance needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, handle daily inquiries, and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Senior-level proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, troubleshooting, and usage).
• Mid-level proficiency in Snowflake (SQL querying, optimization, and data access management).
• Proven experience as a data professional (either hands-on development or in a data-related support role).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance support responsibilities with ongoing development tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Comfortable working within the Malaysia Time Zone (MYT) schedule.
